Tony Parham

Antonio ("Tony") Parham is a seasoned, innovative executive. He has been called "The Launch-It or Fix-It Guy."™

As Vice President of Innovation & Strategy for Fidelity Labs (the innovation arm of Fidelity Investments), Tony deployed new tools and techniques for innovation while instilling "innovation DNA" in Fidelity staff. He has also co-designed the incubators process for potential new offerings, managed the Fidelity Patents Program and serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence to identify new business opportunities.

Previously, as Government Innovation Officer (GIO) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Tony advised the Governor, Secretary for Administration and Finance, executive branch leaders and other stakeholders on identifying, funding and managing execution of high impact business change projects. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts state government is a $36B entity with 141 agencies and 67,000 employees across the Executive Branch. As the first chief innovation officer for the Commonwealth, the GIO was accountable for increasing internal government efficiencies and for the improved experience of outside stakeholders such as residents, businesses and local governments. As Managing Director of TKG Management Consulting,Tony provided services to a variety of organizations (including Fortune 100 firms, start-ups and not-for-profits). TKG helps organizations launch new projects / ventures ("Launch It" ) or solve problems ("Fix It").
